By the time you tell your insurance that your 1.2 clio now has a 1.7 turbo engine in it, it will be cheaper to insure a 172.

You can try a new foam seal. (Remove the sunroof, scrape off the old one, refit the new one) But the chances are it will be the main rubber seal in between the glass panel and the main frame. On an old T reg car, i'd personally silicone it all shut. Make sure it's bone dry, open the sunroof...

1 came with a numbered plaque, windy windows, no (leaky!!) sunroofs and no ABS. From memory.

Turn the car over with no plug in it, that will blow any swarf out. (Tbh it doesn't look like there would be any in there) Buy a set of GENUINE plugs and leads and re fit, torquing up the plugs as you go. Chances are you'll be fine. I've had this on 3 clios now. Stop being silly with this...
