You can polish them out with a kit but it will cause the glass to look deformed and odd.

Welcome to CS A few owners have had problems with them hanging to low, off centre etc, most have had them sorted under warrenty at the dealers. Not sure what the fix is if you have tried all the adjustable bits, may be a case of bending some brackets for better fit.
