cambelt kit 7701477014 £95.82 aux belt kit 7701477517 £37.43 but you need the same special tools as the 172/182 to do the cambelt i believe

cam seals are essential yes as you HAVE to remove the old ones to fit the locking tool into the end of the camshafts (you destroy them getting them out) luckily for a cup the aux belt is £14, no tensioner needed as thats done by the alternator

no, remove that bracket on your gearbox (no 17) then the mk2 dogbone fits on, there's a threaded hole on the underside of the box
