His trailer (six wheeler) is designed to carry range rovers, so it's too heavy when you combine it with his van and the clio. I don't have to worry about it because my truck + clio are well within the weight limits.

A bit of petrol on a rag, wipe it all off, then give the panel a good going over with some polish. (If you haven't got petrol, thinners will do) Just wipe the soaked rag over the paint and it will be fine. If you start scrubbing you will damage the clear coat on the car.

Great write up, car looks lovely. That spoiler is pure horse s**t though, ruins the car for me.

I'm no polishing pro mate, far from it. Those things ^^ are rubbish. Only good for removing normal car polish faster than you can by hand. stick a post up in the detailing chat thread, someone will advise you properly.
