Ill be doing a comparisson shortly to give my thoughts on the 182 compared to the Phase 1...! Keeping it standard for now, a wheel re-furb in the next 2 months for all 4 just to keep them fresh and a full paint correction to keep it sweet and exhaust alignment and ill be happy :D

Wouldnt have a 197 over a 182 tbh. The cabin is nicer in the 197, absolutley but remember its the same fine plastics the viet cong has to offer so if you want a nice place to sit then get a diesel BMW. 182's are sublime for fuel tbf, 45mpg is achievable without effort.

Keep the 182, the power of a Phase 1 with ITB's although quicker will not be worlds apart from a 182. If you want something cheap to not give a f**k about then get £1500 together and buy a GTiR
