I can't see many people willing to re-tension a cambelt. Good practice would be to renew the belt at an absolute minimum. Ideally a new kit with the tensioner etc.

ITs the going rate I think. Yes you could have got cheaper but with higher miles. You could have paid more and bought a better colour with lower miles again. Its all relative.
