Sorry to hear about your car. Picked mine Black Gold 182 up today and it looked really good. Rained as soon as I left the dealer tho, and the car got covered in crap so I couldnt inspect it at my own will when I arrived home. Finally dried up this afternoon and the sun came out, so I gave her a...
8 am I pick mine up. Saw it on Friday too when I dropped the cover note in! Black Gold and cup packs, not slept for days lol.... 4 days off work to enjoy it too.
Best thing is the fact that Halfords have the price wrong on the Nxt wax!!!!!
As for a wash mitt from Halfords - there own brand Grey 100% sheepskin one looks as good as the megs one and cheaper to.
Dropped my cover note in the dealer and just had a peak at my 182, really cant wait.
Best quote i could get was £435 F/C on my 182, 8 yrs NCB, 26 yrs old.
Just insured mine ready for Tuesday, and when I said Renault Clio 182 they asked wether it was the normal one or the cup, so insurance companies are aware off whats out there.

is that definaetly for 05 plates
Sure is, have the reg already to sort insurance, collect 8am March 1st
They told me delivery was likely to be mid Feb, thought an extra 2 weeks for the 05 wait wouldnt kill me! .... I wish I had just got it when I could now tho.
Dealer has told me that they can use a faxed cover note to tax the car, but I need to take the cover note with me on Tuesday when I pick mine up or no collection! :o
How come your getting your car only a few days before the 05 plate comes couldnt hold out any longer ?

I also find unlike any other car I have owned (with discs all round), the Clio is the only one where the rear wheels get miles dirtier than the fronts.
One of my old 306s did that.
Nice to see Magnex have done a system shame they have angled the tail pipes with the bumper, Is it available to buy yet?
Edit Just seen they do a straight version too.

Worth checking the back issues too as there was also a test off the 182 with Cup packs, 206 180, Cooper S and Civic in Evo the early part off the year too.
The unit came supplied with standard ISO Connections and made no reference to wiring it directly to the battery which is why i brought it over other Alpines which required it? Maybe I will leave the standard Ice in the 182 when it arrives next week!!!!!
