Steering rack bushes it sounds like (for all) This or you need new top mounts possibly. Its hard to see whats worn because theres not really any sign that they are worn

If you were to replicate it it can be quite expensie as the panels and other body parts are astrenomically expensive from Renault as im sure your aware :( Maybe get a set of nice wheels and lowering springs, maybe colour code it and just save the cash for a 172/182
