If its not a main dealer then you will struggle to get anything out of them. (Unless they're good and in the minority) If I was you, take it to a proper garage and have it independantly inspected. Maybe even a decent AA inspection or the likes. Give that report to the garage you bought the...

Ha! My mechanic said exatly the same. Just FYI, I used Coilovers (FK konigsports) in williams fitment on mine.

The struts won't fit. I've got a mk1 16v and in it its got a 172 engine/box/clutch and also the bottom arms, Hubs, discs/pads/calipers and driveshafts. Effectively its a 172 in a mk1 shell. You can leave the 1.8 engine in if you wish and still run the rest of it with 172 parts. Handles...
