Broken. I need to order a load of bits for it but I can't because my switch card is in my wallet which is in my van which is on loan to a customer.
So for now I'm Burble-less. :(
If you tried to drive one of my cars on your third party insurance you wouldn't be legal as my cars aren't insures per se, they're insured as a collective.
I can't really explain it.
About 5/6 years ago he did a full leather retrim in an E36 BMW 328 we had at work and it cost the customer £800 plus VAT.
I haven't used him for anything other than standard interior repairs for ages so couldn't give you a more accurate answer unfortunately.
Give him a bell, he's a nice...
My friend Alex is a trimmer. Does 99% of garages in Bristol. (Does custom leather etc for Range rovers down to repairing cig burns in a fiesta)

I'm going to sound a bit of a hypocrite here as I don't usually care what wheels people put on their cars but buying replica wheels and then sticking BBS stickers on is a bit handicapped.
IMO.
Interesting. I've just bought a new battery and a new (secondhand) starter motor as mine has been having the same issues. I'll fit all the new bits anyway but I'll also be checking this too!
Cheers.
He's spent a fortune on it, its like brand new. New clutch, cambelt, headgasket, 4 new tyres, new windscreen just because it wasn't 'clear enough'. He's proper anal and loves it. It would kill him to sell it and it would kill me to try and get him a new one as he's a fussy git.
Hello. :)
My friend wants to fit power steering to his wifes car rather than going down the painful route of selling it and finding another car.
Is this possible? If so, whats needed?
Its an R plate mk1 ph2 base model.
Re: My old clio, BUYERS BEWARE!!
The reason I know about stuff like this is because I got stung with a Mistubishi Warrior I bought ages ago. The c**t that sold it to me tucked me right up.
Re: My old clio, BUYERS BEWARE!!
What a cnut!!!
He is selling the car without a VIC check. So when the new owner sends off the V5, the DVLA won't issue it and will make the new owner get it checked and then get a new V5 with Cat C written on it.
Dirty lying scheming cnut.
