    I always found that using aftermarket adaptors made the controls slow to respond.

    Connects to the back of the radio. If it isnt there thats probably why its not working, might have had an aftermarket stereo fitted at some point?

    Direct from Renault you're looking close to £100. Carbon ones are on ebay for under £30 posted.
