The clios have the steering controls which work with the renault cd player. For this to work with a halfrauds cd player i'd require a separate wire adpater. Anyway thats not my problem. I need to know how to get this working... So does the rubber roof ariel unscrew? Ill give that a try mate...

i will eventually. Her clio hasnt got the centre display though, so im assuming a dynamique cd player wont work, or can i retrofit the display and plastic surround? Will the wires be there etc....

OK had another look at it. The only way you can turn the radio on or off is via the red button on the unit. Starting the car up/ turning the car off via the ignition does not turn the radio off. Am i missing a switchable live of some sort?
