It usually a symptom of a worn engine or gearbox mount, usually the (lower) dogbone mount, most of us upgrade the dogbone bushes to powerflex ones, as this normally stops the knocking. It's not serious or expensive, but it's best to do it sooner rather than later.

Really? 60mm in length is tiny, barely the size of my little finger. 10cm/4 inches would be better, big enough to see but small enough to not take up too much space.

If it's corroded the round nut thing might be rusted on, you may have no option but to saw them off and replace the bolts. If you need a new mount then ECP is the place to go, I think they're £12 quid, they're utter sh*te but if you're cutting the rubber out then it won't matter.
