Fully synthetic.
I'd change oil ever 6k if I were you although fully systhetic is the way to go.
Even at trade Renault prices or even the price dealerships buy oil in the Vauxhall stuff still cheaper on traders trade by a long way infact its not far off fizzy drinks prices.
Yep you'll need a load of bits
A forum member has reciently done this best do a search but you need mounts ECU wiring looms clocks (preferably oil and oil temsp as well) radiator gearbox and best chnage the driveshafts and brakes for 1.8 items when your at it.
Yep it fine its good oil very cheap as well not sur who makes it but its been running my mates 1.2 Clio for a few k with no problems its probably the same as Clio oil.
At the price I paid its a bargin.
I feel its my duty to harasse these M3 drivers.
Good little off pictures though.
I'm not going to say anything about Cup owners and lack of ABS but I didn't come off there.
It looks just like the CLio setup particulaly at the back I've never checked any part numbers but I think they'd be the same.
The rear axle looks identical to the CLio one which makes me thing 4x4 tranmission swop.
The cable is £88 from Renault and don't accept any which has been cut or damaged to get it out its a pain its wired all round the dash and the side of the door so a lot of people don't bother removing it correctly.
ESp not much uise anyway but ABS could be fitted it would be a pain though you'd need quite a few bits ABS computer wheel sensors yaw sensor wiring brack snsors whole new setup.
Arr right I knew your prices had gone up I think it was £40 springs £50 for springs and dampers.
Anyway you'll need to charge £50 as I'm still on 10% commission arn't I.
Unplug it and cover the wires so they don't get dirty etc then just cable tie them up.
Quite a few garages can cleanr the fault if they have the right toolsing (Snap on can clear it).
It will apparently in GT's ase clear with enought clean starts but with no cat you won't get any clean starts.
50 will be harder springs but since they lower the car more who knows what you'll end up with I'd recon you'll end up with a slightly lower ride height. After all think what happend to a valver ride height when someone sits on the bonnet then imgine that weight comming off (I'd guess that about...
You should never plug the second sensor in if you do then you'll (as you have) set the warning light off. It doesn't make any difference to power though just the lights there.
To get rid of it you need a garage to clear the fault then to stop it comming back unplug the second senor.
