It would, but its always got the Cat D status, meaning its not worth as much. You don't have to preach your case to me. I'd drive a Cat A if it was possible, I don't care. But the fact is, its worth considerably less as a categorised car.

They are not what I call proper spacers. When you fit those, you are effectively losing 1cm of hub!
Buy some hubcentrics, so the part the wheel rests on remains the same size. Hold on, i'll find an example...
