have you seen Ben's laptop?? its bigger than his head!

the bearing is inside the disc, easy slide off/on job 1 x 30mm hub nut (replace with new ones always) you have to the upper caliper pad carrier (2 x 17mm IIRC) i wouldn't bother with uprated rears, the rears do bugger all (especially on cups)
