That car is so clean and it looks cold in the pics....
I bet he stormed home after work and a day on CS and put his car cleaning clothes on and his Mrs, thinking 'WTF?' says ''my dear, what are you doing?''
He mutters under his breath ''I'll show those Cliosport cnuts my skyline R34 GTR...
I've got Fred on the case re KW V1's. He seems to rate them very highly.
I've emailed a few traders off here but as per usual they promise a lot but deliver fcuk all.
Sent to me by a mate (We're really sad and enjoy car cleaning)
Very interesting read... http://www.clean-image.co.uk/articles/flood-damged-car-clean-up-01.htm
Pearcy: Whatever.
Everyone else, I have Emailed the guy a few times (on behalf of a mate) and got this response from the guy. (seems genuine imo)
hi dan sorry i dont have any pics of damage it was already repaired when i bought it. the main photo is not the actual car for sale all the...
The car goes back to a dealer. (Any dealer that offers finance)
The dealer then settles the loan.
A new agreement is then drawn up with the new car.
I'm so s**t at explaining stuff on a computer....
Lets say I have a Car worth £5,000 but I owe £4500 on finance and want to sell it...
Do this.
You owe £7,000 on the clio.
You trade it in for £5,000 part ex
You buy a Clio dci from a dealer for £3,000.
So you'd have £5k on finance, (3k clio, 2k neg eq) but be paying £35 a year road tax, doing nearly double the mpg and probably halve your insurance costs.
Buy a Clio 182 for £5,000 on monday, fit cams/remap it and fit some £600 coilovers to it on Tuesday. Will you sell it on wednesday for the £6500 it now owes you? No. It will sell for the £5,000 its worth.
Thats the way I look at it anyway.
You are saying an Aston Martin DB9 was written off for a scratch on the bumper... Are you actually saying those words? Seriously?
As for the Caterham, all fresh water flooded cars cannot go back onto the road due to contamination.
I know a guy that would clock a car and provide full service history to go with it. He's in the middle of doing 3 years now so I can ask him when he gets out in 2011??
Failing that, I once clocked my own (??!!) Cavalier SRI from 182,000 down to 92,000 overnight with a drill set on reverse and...
