No offence Tom but this is usually down to the tyres still being slightly damp before application. I've had it when I rushed application.

As above it depends on how fussy you are. If you just want them done, CityPowderCoaters. If you want a decent finish, look else where as you'll just get a mottled powdercoat colour finish.

Regardless, this would be epic on my newly furb'd wheels until I can get C5 on them...
