I have a Silverline Rotoray and its been spot on. Cannot fault it. I am currently just using the pads I buy from my Valeting supplier but just lately some of the cars i'm doing require some very fiddly bits doing.

It was a customers car too. They paid me £40 to valet it.
So effectively it cost me £60 plus labour and materials to valet a car!! Tough lesson learned!
The first car I ever mopped (about 1999 iirc??) was a Blue Nissan Micra. I burnt through the bonnet exposing the grey primer underneath.
£100 later and It looked as good as new. (After I had the bonnet resprayed!)

Euro car parts website is appalling. If you ring up they will either have no idea what part you are talking about as their computer doesn't list it, or they'll say its 46 years out of date.
My £28,000 brand spanking new Audi that has only covered 6000 miles has a gearbox whine. Apparently quite common for them to go pop. Whinings getting louder so i'm expecting it any day tbh!!
All cars have issues, nothing to get annoyed about really.

Just ring your insurers, they will sort everything. You won't have to pay any excess as his insurers will cover everything.
