Sorry about that! Well Ill start it up in the morning and it revs upto 1200rpm but after sat 30 seconds the revs start to drop to 500rpm. Sometimes I have to blip the throtlle to get them back or it justs levels out to 1000rpm by itself! After its warmed up it idles at 900rpm!
Can anybody tell me why my revs drop to around 500rpm on my valver when the car is cold. But after its warmed up it seems ok. Started happening yesterday after I filled up. Has anybody else had this problem before?
Like TomS said "The valver is quite a subtle car I find". But I still catch people having a good look every now and a gain. I dont like to many people looking tho as it gets me paranoid:oops:.
Hi and welcome to the club it sounds like youve got yourself a nice car there mate. Ive had my valver for almost 3 weeks now:D and ive found this place to be very helpfull and informative.

I checked the speaker wires and they seem to be ok. When I try it now the side of the headunit gets really hot in a matter of thirty seconds. Could I have blown the internal amp?
Ive just been fitting a Pioneer DEH-PH8450MP to my car. Everything was wired up and in working order, untill I moved the headunit out off the dash. As i was removing it a wire sparked which caused the sound to cut out and it blew one of the inline fuses. Ive replaced the fuse but all I get now...
Well I was taught a very valuble lesson in driving today! Valvers and grit dont mix. I lost control of my new pride and joy after hitting some grit on the road, after fishtailing for a bit the backend finally let go and i ended up skidding sideways down the middle of the dual carraigeway for 100...
Just bought a 95 16v clio with 102000 on the clock. Should i be worried with so many miles on the clock? The car is in really good condition and drives as sweet as a nut, except for a bit of lumpyness below 3k. I ask this question because i just tried to book it in for a service and the mechanic...
