Just noticed a small trickle of water coming over door seal just under the speaker anybody know how to fix or is a new seal required ,if so how many beer tokens we talking,cheers.

sorry guys ,iam not on about power booster additives just the fuel cleaner ones i.e injector cleaner.....

Just wondering if anybody has tried the likes of redex,lucas,stp or millers petrol treatments /injector cleaners,if so did you notice any difference i.e lower emissions better mpg etc etc etc

A couple of times in the last week when the car has been idleing then i go to pull away the steering feels heavy as if power steerings not working then all of a sudden it bursts into life.w.t.f.:S

if you coat it with grease or oil based substance it wont freeze,also put some in the actuall keyhole as well as around the mechanism ,voila

clean it out with wd40 then get some white lithium grease or silicon grease on it.

have a look on money saving expert site, theres a formula for using all the comparison sites in a certain order to get them to play off one another.

Fred spot on ,belt was done wrong,now done correctly with proper renault tool,and the service manager had to eat a big piece of humble pie(t**t).p.s feels like a new car.

Fred, is it possible to fit timing belt wrong,since having mine done 3 weeks ago by dealer its seems to missing(flat spots) rough idle,loss of power when accelarating,also just changed coils packs put obd on it no faults or codes,its back at dealer as we speak and it didnt show any but they...

only decent dealer around here,previously a renault dealer with same staff or its off to arnold shark and that aint never going to happen.

timings fine all done properly by honda dealer,everything locked in position whilst doing it,been back to them and they going to have a look at it free of charge to see if they can find anything,iam just asking out of curiosity to see if iam missing something simple,then again its a renault...

yep just been serviced and had timing belt done etc etc,currently sitting on 26.000miles

had a few issues with rough idle,flat spots and lack of power,replaced all ignition coils and guess what still running like a pound of mince,no errors on obd11,starting to feel as if it would be cheaper with a gallon of petrol and a match,knowing my luck it wouldnt feckin burn.any suggestions...
