you have Crap aftermarket springs that are not matched to the Standard dampers. just trust me, Eibachs (or indeed standard) are the way forward. Unless you want to spend £500 + on some coilovers.

Get them from the link above. I used to have them on my old 172 but got rid cos i wanted lower. The ride is superb (not crashy/bouncy etc) and the body roll in the corners is dramatically reduced. The only downside is they only lower the car 15/20 mm max, despite the manufacturers claims.

He needs Some Eibach springs. Either Proline or sportline. The handling is a massive improvement over standard but the ride quality is not affected. (if anything, its improved!)

Some 16 inch laguna six spokes. Be original.
