I did this once. Three bolts sheared off after about 30 miles of driving!! I wouldn't bother tbh. Too much aggro if the bolts do snap.

Track car. Justine, if i disconnect the battery 20 mins before, will this stop them exploding when i remove them?

is this an easy thing to do? I want to take out the front ones. Do i just unplug all the electric boxes in front of the gearstick and then set about taking stuff out? How do i ensure the bag doesn't explode and smack me in the face while i'm doing this?? Cheers.

the 16s were on 205 45 16 Satndard fitment tyres.

Mine were std 16s off a cup. I think vinny's were 17's.
