yeh they are pretty fiddly to change especially the right bulb with all the pipes in the way, I bought from halfords a set of led prism bulbs cost about £7, not the brightest ones ever but the colour match with my main beam is perfect, i went for the standard white bulb

i know this doesn't fix the problem, but can't you just click edit on the photo in iPhoto and then enhance it within the program rather than on your phone. I have a 4 not a 4s so can't try it sorry

i think it looks really good, the thumb grips are they from streamline? the only thing I would say is smaller front plate and a normal font on both of them, otherwise looks good

have you backed it up using time machine? if you have then just go back to the earliest date of recovery

My FF has heated mirrors, so did my 1.2 dynamique. ways to tell are either press the heated rear screen button wait a few mins and touch them (they should be warm) or get a screw driver and pop the mirror out, will have a wire going to the back of it.

all depends on your budget and what you want from them either big sound or higher quality, if you want huge volume something like Fusion, if you want high quality something like JL Audio

a few ways of going about it, either drop all the music into the iTunes music folder, or put it somewhere else and tell iTunes to import from file/folder

You can run more than one phone though iTunes, but you have to enable disk use on the phone, which means it doesn't auto sync music, you will have to drag the music across to the phone icon, also couldn't you just get a slightly news os for his iMac ?
