it says it increases fuel to the engine yet it still gives better fuel consumption ? hmm More Fuel More MPG, sounds like when you go to the pumps and put 30 quid in you got wife as far as when you put 15 in
If you actually consider £1800 to be a sensible price for insurance then yes get one, will be much more of an exciting drive than the corsa, but personally I don't understand how people could justify that much on insurance and think its reasonable
Probs worth getting a new one, they do it due to an overheating fault, lots of technology in a small pretty much sealed container get very hot, there is a place in bristol Hollywood Nights which will repair the console put a 3 month guarantee on it and also put a custom 6inch cooling fan in the...
Well i took the car to renault, and they changed the alternator under warranty, so the whining noise has stopped and the ticking noise they said its the injectors and there is nothing to worry about unless the noise changes or gets louder
also forgot to say cut off these little raised parts, will make it sit better under the bumper,
and should look like this (sorry for the condition of my bumper, needs a respray)
Not the best few pics but, i found it easiest to take off the bumper, line the splitter up (start in the middle) tape it into place, i didn't bother with pilot holes the plastic seems very soft and used about 20 self tappers to hold it in place
You should have a little overlap at each end like...
I have a Yozza, and i think mine isn't sealed properly to the cat as it sounds like a whooshing/suction sound when i get to 3k rpm that comes from underneath the car, guessing it might need some better sealant
Bose doesn't give a true sound, ask any high end audio store and they will steer you away, you would be better to get a micro hifi than a dock, such as one of these mini hifi systems. but if you want something compact and all in one the B&W Zeppelin, without a doubt (i'm saying this and I have a...
You need to budget around £500 for the belts to be changed as its a big job on these. just the usual checks such as oil level, tyre wear should be even, engine making no tapping noises.
super resin is a great product, will help with scratches and swirls, it will also give the paint a nice shine, but a layer of either a sealant such as Auto Glym Extra Gloss Protection, or a wax based product like Auto Glym hi def wax, will finish it off and help with the longevity of the shine.
Car is being picking up wednesday, I will try and get pics of the girl then failing that when she signs the V5 i will get her fb.
Here the car, left it completely standard and just shed money for my 182
As per title, just sold my first clio, 1.2 dynamique 2001, its the car that made me want the 182, seems to be going to a good home, and I'm pleased the girl who bought it is really hot.
I have a Type X 10" running from a Jl Audio G-Max 1200 mono block , gives really nice punchy bass, doesn't hit the low that i want, but I'm running it in a very small box, so that might make the difference. Not heard of the T-rex, but would recommend a type x to anyone.
Went to renault and got a pair of rear shocks for £96, took off the back right which seemed to be having issues and it was like a pogo stick, when i compressed it, it sprung back just as quick, so must have been totally drained of oil, since changing both the shocks, what a difference they have...
I know their not on your list but Toyo Proxes T1r, I love them seem nice and sticky while wet and dry, but this could just be cause they are a massive improvement on the Arrowspeed N1000's that were on my car when i bought it, got a good looking tread pattern as well, i would like to try the...
Driving along today, dad was following in the car behind and said the back left wheel was kind of bouncing when the car went over the slightest bump, so took the rear left shock off and it doesn't seem to act like a damper, it act more like a sort of pogo stick, you push down on it and it pushes...
is it ok to drive the car with this ticking noise (possible dephaser pulley) had cambelt replaced in december last year, should i have been told these need replacing as well?
yep mine did this, made an annoying rattling sound, i bought some rubber washers from wickes, and put them between the car and the heat shield, this stopped the problem.
