Welcome along chap :)
You had your RB at the Lakeside (I think it was) meet ages ago, also at the Sarfend one when I took you for a spin in the vee when we ended up going to Basildon.
Forgetfulness ftl ;)
I don't think they are overly common really, if you are looking out of them then they seem to be quite rare.
Whenever i've looked at the ones for sale on PH & the like, they are always miles from me, I live in Essex. I rarely see that many around.
Awful, it's also got the worst engine in it too ! 60 bhp yo !
- i've seen a few cars with tights stretched over the rear lights to tint them out too, seen a few focuses with them lol !
No worries, I think there was the optoion for full black or grey leather, that looks nice. There were a few options you could have had new (some were very expensive though)
The top one sounds ace & it's proper quick.
The bottom one sounds like it's knackered, I saw it's running anti-lag, the noise it makes scares me to death !
I'd leave it be, or if your changing the wheels do them black, nice & stelathy !
I do reckon the red would look ok, but a bit like it's an R26R rip off.
Could get one with the full leather & store the seats, swap them over for normal ones - or your Recaro's mate.
Be a while yet tbh. Not so nice Illiads are hitting 12k now. LG is uber rare, the one with the cream leather was 1.35k when it was for sale (cheap due to the dodgy combo imo)
I'm pretty sure that the wipers remain the same way round if the car is LHD or RHD.
The aerofoil (fin) should be at the bottom, put as yours is LHD it'll be on the wrong wiper (it'll be on your passenger side) if it can be taken off, put it on the other one.
It seems a complete waste of time & money to me. As already said you may as well just strip the rear of your car out & weld the rear windows up with metal.
Or if you want to do a conversion, make it worthwhile, 2.0 the car up, or just buy one.
I roffled at Pipps Hill, what a dive, ned tastic...
Looking on their website a few cars do look pretty convincing, the Lambo Murcialago (sp) looks quite good, but it'll never have the noise or the pace of a real one.
If you saw one out & they floored it, you'd know straight away.
The fake bits they make look quite realistic. With all of the...
I think they are quite funky little cars, I quite liked it on the standard wheels, iirc they were re done in purple ? That looked nice too.
The only thing I find odd on the car is the location of the filler cap, it's really low & halh in the wheel arch and half in the car. It looks strange.
