nice 1,you wont need plastic primer over the clear stuff,just get the 'normal' primer

all depends on how many traffic lights and give way junctions you hit IMO

yep just put 1 or 2 single coats on,it will dry and you wont even see it on your plastic,but you need a primer to go over it like a grey or what ever colour you need, make sure you leave it 10-15 mins before you put the primer over the clear plastic primer.
