Beeping indicates there is a problem with the alarm and or immobiliser. I would assume it's the latter as your car won't start. What lights stay on if you put the key to POS II ?

The brackets around the edge of the headlight (that hold them to the car) are made of chocolate.

No loom needed if you're putting black 172 xenons into 172 Cup. Did this exact swap, no extra looms or anything needed.

Take your old ones off, put complete xenons back on. (Headlight, bulbs, ballasts.) They plug straight into your adjusters and connectors.

Really? I thought they were worth about the same ~750-850 notes.

RS4, and new M5 yeah. New cars are annoyingly powerful. After 5 years I knew the Cup backwards and knew exactly what it was going to do. It'll take a bit more than 7 laps to get that with the 'teg. But, it felt great out there. Just need better pads, and to stiffen up the front dampers.
