Some of us here have Philips Silver Vision front and rear indicator bulbs, from www.powerbulbs.com - £26.95 for 2 pairs. They look so much better than the horrid orange bulbs. Have you changed your side repeaters too?

What is so different about this compared to ordinary touch-up paint?
