I got my cambelt changed 3000 miles ago by a local mechanic I've used for years. He said it was a b*****d of a job but he didn't have any real problems in completing it.

Good idea having the alarm fitted and I'm sure it'll help put your wife at ease. Cannot be easy dealing with the knowledge that strangers were in your house while you slept.

Hopefully the cars were not damaged.

Definately the 16v Campus Sport with alloys and body coloured bumpers.

The only badges they told me they could find had all uppercase lettering and not the same as those pictured and found on the Campus Sport. If anyone here can source the correct code then that would be great :)

I've never noticed much of a difference with Optimax in my 172 over standard 95 ron fuel. If anything I get worse economy using the higher ron fuels. Maybe my car was exclusively run on 95 from new before I bought it and after 32k miles now prefers that.

I'm thinking about getting Pro Lines for my 172 as I'm not looking to lower the car much, mainly firm up the ride and make it better through corners. It will no doubt have the unfortunate side effect of causing more rattles.

During the 12 months from Feb 05 to Feb 06 I owned 4 different cars :D I've calmed down now although I was considering selling the 172 but I changed my mind.

She'll happily pay for them but needs a part number as her local Renault dealer claim they do not know what they are.

My mum's Campus Sport did not come supplied with these badges but my cousins did. Does anyone here know the part number for ordering these as my mum would like them on her car too?

£5k sounds fair for the mileage and condition so I'd definately only offer them around that amount.

Definately. At that age and mileage and with those faults then it should definately be cheaper than that. My 02 reg with 32k miles only cost £6200 back in February this year.

Phone o2 online on a number you know is legit and ask to be transferred to customer care, that way you know all is ok.

I've always found it impossible to avoid sounding like one or the other.

Xbox Live has always been great and with the 360 it got even better. Sony have a long way to go in order to catch up on Live and I'm not really sure they can. I've owned nearly every games console that has been released and in my opinion the Xbox and 360 have been better than the PS1 and PS2.

You can buy them from within one of the setup menus in the Marketplace, that's where I bought my points from. Actually it may have been within the user account setup screen.

If you've only just started then you still have a higher gamerscore than me :D

I would imagine that Sony are pretty pissed off at Microsoft for stealing Fifa and Pro Evo from them for the next 12 months. Good move by Microsoft though with the PS3 release date moving closer. I don't really see any need for me to want a PS3. SYDNEY 25 August 2006 - FIFA 07 and Pro Evolution...
