The real deal are over a tenner a pair (about £13) everywhere you go, but snidey ones can be had from ebay for a few quid. Maybe see if they are cheaper on ebay (for real ones) or another place on line.

Random bumpage. Screw it on using self tappers. It's easier if there are two of you & you raise the front of the car up. Drill a series of small holes first (pilot hole) Then go bigger, or just drill the holes how you want anyway (quicker) Use quite a few screws equal distance apart, to help...

To nit pick, a few late 51 reg's have the big mk2 surround, but in black. All of the 02 reg ones i've seen are colour coded (as per my one) I think that Newms's old vee is a 52 reg, but with the earlier small boot lock on it. Parts bin specials the lot of them ! ;)
