Pete,I'd leave it in. a. if you get a wet day,there is nothing worse than the car steaming up. b. helps remove heat from the engine,especially on the cool down lap,turn the fan on full blast,open window and watch that temp gauge go down.

I can't remember what they are called now,funny little star type things.

The bolt's were the hardest thing on ours after I cracked it,Danny had to weld some normal nuts onto some of them to get them off. But yes it's an easy job.

They are like buses,nothing about then two come along,just down the road as well.
