I've never seen them in black, I guessed it was rare because of this. Every one I see is always either silver or blue.

Exactly, it's been around for a while too, so they are obviously desperate to get rid. I don't think it overly cheap though.

Parked on the pavement out side the kfc, after market alloys & I think a caf where the fog light should be on the drivers side. I think the car was X reg ? Dude in the drivers seat looked straight at me as I was in the traffic going in the opposite direction.

It is cheap, maybe it's a cat d or something.

Pmsl , there is a black five door x reg focus 'cosworth' round my way. I laugh at it hard every time I see it. All it is is a focus with after market alloys & a 4" exhaust on it. I bet it's a 1.6 tbh:lolup:

His car is a mk1, he got it a little bit before I got my blue mk1.

Have you tried places like gsf car parts or euro car parts ? I've no idea if the RT ones would be any good, someone will know though.

Read my last post, it's not all about mummy & daddy this & them that etc, some folk started work at 16, saved a bit by running a standard car, then when they are 18/19 go out & get a 172 etc.

IF the dude has done all that & not declared it, he's a fool. Tbh I doubt he is 25 at all, probably 22 if that. Some young drivers do have money, a few on here are young, there are some who are 18 with 172's - no lie, one dude was 19 & had a v6.
