No,because the bolt hole spacing is different,if you tried to put those on a standard wishbone,it would need drilling. It's just not for camber,the 'ball joint' towers are used to keep the roll centre to an acceptable level.

Front 3.5 Rear 2.5 Toe Front 1-2mm out Rear 1mm out. Are you sure those figures are right? that's a very aggressive set up and it didn't look like those figures to me.

LOL.everybody ignoring you Dan,but it's worth a look as a lad at work had the same problem on his Campus,rear brakes binding,I had a hell of a job getting the wheel off as the rear shoes had fallen apart and jammed.
