you wont, its just a black plastic box with a white adjuster on top. If you can hear the motor moving, the 'spline' has more than likely just popped off from the light internals. Inbolt it, connect it back up and bolt it back on. Failing that, its new motor time.

probably just need a new auto levelling motor. Its bolted to the back of the cluster, easily visible when the bonnet pops itself open. Before you replace it, make sure the connector is seated properly to the inside of the light cluster. Its a plastic ball and socket joint iirc

retrofitting HID's in your car with Halogen lenses is illegal, yes. The light will bounce around all over the lense and be omitted at lots of funny angles, therefore blinding all other road users.

Its all about where the hinge is. Generally speaking, if the rear window is part of the bootlid, its a hatch.

you sure its top opening? doesn't look like the glass is hinged?

awesome stuff.... Why do people need a guide... 4 bolts under car, lift seat, remove the crap, refit seat, refit bolts.

my car cost £3500 to fix and it needed new bonnet, bumper, wings, light and rad... however the airbags didnt fire. I can fully understand where £4000 came from using genuine parts.
