A dude on here has the renault sat nav for sale (carminat unit) his is complete- he wants £600 ovno for it, so that would be a guide for you - I believe renault charged about £1500 or so for it new !

Is that the same car that had the stripes on it ?? Then when it was up for sale in a renault dealers they'd removed them ?

I've got one for my vee, It's from a company called specialized, they advertise in the back of evo mag, it cost around £200.00 iirc. It fits the car perfectly (I know it's for a vee - but you get the idea) Pic of it It was included with the sale when I bought it:) (before anyone comments...

Tbh your probably best off checking auto trader & piston heads every day, probably even three times a day ! Once the car turns up which you think you might want you'll have to act on it straight away (to save someone else buying it before you get there)

I agree with Freebone tbh. Valvers do need to be looked after (remember they are getting on now) but it won't go wrong every time you drive it ! You just need to find a decent one.

The arches rust from the inside outwards, not the other way round, you'd need to cut it out as Chris said. If you rub it down, treat it, then fill it it will come back in a few years time.

See the one Steve (S22 JGS) has in his car, he's got a small sparco one & it's the nuts :approve: If my steering wheel was knackered, i'd get the one he has without hesitation.
