funny you should say that... i thought EXACTLY the same when i saw that episode.
Although im a step ahead of you, i really miss the car you regret buying! I guess the Ph1 172 is to me what the valver is to you.
make sure you're only holding the phone around the outer edge when taking a pic. Fingers can easily cover the sensors/flash and come out dark.
I also find it helps a lot to wipe the plastic lens cover as it smears easily with grease from your fingers, which will ruin the quality.
The camera...
There was nothing in it between the 172/182/V6 around Brands Indy.
I would go for the Mk1 Vee... but thats just because I like to progress up through the range. If I was to go straight for the Mk2 Vee then I wouldnt have anything left to upgrade to later on, and would feel I missed out on the Mk1
Make sure you get the V3 version, its not been out long but has the newer mapping software on it. Tomtom did a promotion which included free safety cams a while back, the boxes are stickered advertising this. You might find a few of them still laying about in places, we have 1 or 2 left with...
Mine's booked in for its first MOT at Renault on the 7th November.
I'm taking it back there as when I bought it I got free MOT tests for life. If it fails it will be sent straight down to Rentech... then back to Renault for my free re-test :approve:
