Just as this is now more of a maintenance log than anything else.. i've done a fair few miles the last year and my 'preventative maintenance' hasn't been the best, so i was expecting a big MOT bill, so £450 later.

Re. Air con.. does it sometimes work? Is it always hot? There is a cog in the drivers footwell behind the left side trim which wears down and doesnt activate as such.
Needs a cable tie or jubilee clip around it.
Car is in for MOT, theyve never worked for my 5yrs of ownership and because of the new rules... it's going to fail. It's going in for MOT today, doh.
Any ideas on a work-around? Or anyone near to Portsmouth have any working ones?

Literally done the exact same thing as me. Have a look for my thread, pretty much turned into a guide on how to change the injector. £60 I think for euros.
50,000 miles of mostly commuting in mine. I get annoyed in proper stand still traffic.. but anything other than that then it's fine. Much better now my a/c is working again!
Fair price.. but there is just nothing for similar money. I've been in that position for the last two years. I've done 50k miles in mine, and it's been great. It's no cruiser but for what it is it does everything well. I want a 3 series but without adding 4k to the budget, there is nothing to...
