    I had this issue. You can just about get a screwdriver through the grill and unlever the lock bit. Once opened, remove the mechanism and just clean and grease it up.

    Ah, I get you mate. Problem is, the jack fits under with about 20mm clearance :(

    Any tips.. bought a halfords kit, jacking up on the rail bit and it just doesnt jack high enough for me to fit the axle stands under the sills. It's only lowered 30mm, and I dont like relying on just the jack. It's this kit...

    It's the cold map, should idle at 1100 then drop to 900 when up to temp.

    This thing has been more hassle than it's worth I think! So.. the sleeve which you lift to select reverse somehow broke. Paid a bodyshop to fix it, when I went to collect it bloke said 'look, nice and strong' and snapped it. He tried something else and seems to of worked. My brass bushes arrived...
