Not sure if serious? Half of that doesn't need doing, just because you are doing 4k in 2 weeks. If it's working as it is, just leave it working! Lol. Fluid change, oil filter etc, check other wear items yes. But things like fuel tank clean. No. Clutch cable, unless it is giving you problems...
