personally id leave the bonnet & change the headlights, that way if you ever want to sell the bonnet you just take it off the car.

if you get a cat1 with remote start, it will void the cat1 status of the alarm. I had a cat1 cobra fitted to my valver, it was fine, never went wrong in 3 years.

those plates look wicked , are they legal though ? having said that i guess metal plates must be, a few olded cars have them.

mk1 phase 2 lights would look better. I agree with what scott said - if your going the smooth route take off the spolier. id take off the m3 mirrors as well - they have been done to death now. (sorry you asked for opinions)

Id say get a bit more experience driving tbh. If id have had my valver at 17,i probably wouldnt be here now to type this. (im not saying your a cr*p driver, or that you wont be able to handle the power, its a lot of power for a 17yr old to handle)

you maybe lucky, if the speedo said 37-39 it may have been over reading.

i had a kenwood h/u in my valver & the steering wheel remote didnt work (for obvious reasons) I didnt find it a problem as the h/u wernt far away.

when i used to clean my car (i havent got one now) id spend about 3 hours doing it - i used to get really into it ( i know its abit sad, but every one used to comment on how clean i used to keep it)

auto glym stuff is really good, i used to use it on my seats.

the car will only appeal to a select few tbh. people who read max power etc will love it & pay more for it, other folk wont want it.

valvers are notorious for sounding like a bag of spanners from cold if they have been left sat for a while.

at the end of the day, its what colour you prefer, just because people have different taste in colour doesnt mean that one is better than the other.
