Looks good fletch. I have only heard good things about them, and know they do a lot of work in the 4x4 / off roader world. Fletchbus will be epic with a cage! :) Hopefully stiffen it up given the amount of weight taken out of it ;)

The gripper in mine has now done 4k ish, and is perfectly fine. Its not too harsh, and in honesty the clunking / 'grabbing' that happens at low speeds doesn't bother me. Without doubt, the best mod I have done on mine, and really makes a difference on track. Not experienced the Quaiffe, but...
