Just to update this, since filling up but with shell v-power this time (which i usually do) it has been spot on :) It is either a big coincidence but my car just didn't seem to get on with tesco momentum. :S anyway all is good

Silly to of not got it changed!!! now you will have to pay to get the belts done again :dapprove: best way to describe the dephaser has gone is your car will start/sound like a diesal. those i don't know. are your engine mounts ok.

If you didn't get the dephaser changed?! i am hoping you did as you just got all the belts done...i bet it is that. it is very noisy!
