If you want to create 3d things btw, my honest advice is to use google sketchup. You can be amazingly accurate and create 3d things with ease.

You click print, then one of your printers is "CutePDF" it then prints as a PDF file. If you want me to explain how to use the paper space, how to scale what you've drawn in there etc, I can?

Removing the seat cover not 100% is actually easy, and getting them back on too. The problems start when you take the RIGHT off, which you wouldn't need to. Give it a go I say, but buy a decent kit. Install the switches where the cup holders are or something.

The 3GS is so slow, you'd struggle to load over 500mb of data in a month ;)

2D is terribly easy (I would say that), but the 3D stuff is just very time consuming and trial and error for me at the moment. I'm better in Maya/Google Sketchup. If you need any 2D help Conneh, don't hesitate to ask.

It seems the newer autocad are much better for the 3d, I have 2008 and compared with 2010 etc it's pants.

I'm spot on in 2d, but I really don't know what I'm doing in 3d yet. Like you, I need to learn fast.

I'd only ever replace springs as a pair anyway. Personally, find yourself a set of second hand ones on here, they go for peanuts.

Most places can get a close enough match to make it worth getting just one done. Worst case get two done and then both sides will be identical and it'll only cost 100£ or so.

Search Clio TT, see if you like what you find. Seriously though, good luck with it and do a decent project thread... if you search properly you'll find some good results as it's been discussed quite a lot in detail :)

You'd be ruining nothing with coilovers. People ALWAYS make the mistake of thinking coilovers means 'super low and stiff' the fact is, you can set them up how you want. A subtle height with decent damping. If I ever own another clio it'll be on instant coilovers. It improves the way the car...
