    it goes forwards and backwrds, but it doesnt go up and down like the standard seats :D [Disclaimer... i dont actually own the seats, or the car they are in. I did however, take that photograph]

    yeah theyre much more supportive than the standard jobbies. although best suited to larger people.

    the rear seats are standard Renault Cloth ones, leather is traded in for the front Recaros.
