Thanks for the reply, yeah I dont really want to spend £600 on a manifold, but Im pretty sure it has a KTec back box so It would be nice to marry it up. Cant find any from UK Performance on EBay, guess I'll have to just keep a look out.

I've just put some H&R springs on mine and it looks miles better. At the moment yours looks a little higher than mine, so maybe they're standard? But it has a nice stance as is. I'm actually thinking about getting some skirts and a front splitter like yours. Love the black/blue combo. :)

I bought some rear quarter glass seals last week and plan on fitting them soon. Is this a window off jobby? Or can these be fitted without removing the glass? Thanks!

Wow is that huge red dip at the start of the rev the flat spot?! Thats insane, mines pretty bad but for some reason doesn't happen every time. Got to get new rubber, and a reconditioned box in mine yet, so this is down the list but £350 seems worth it in the end. Thanks for the reply! :)

Mind me asking how much they charge? I've got an awful flat spot on mine and I'm thinking about getting this done soon. Gotta ring its neck if I want it to shift. I'm also interested to see how much BHP its packing, or more accurately how much its lost. :(

Had my springs replaced today with a set from H&R. Turns out BOTH my front springs were snapped! Some other parts were damaged too which had to be replaced (forget the name) charged me £290. To be fair its taken him 7 hours (charged me for 5), and he had to order the replacement parts in today...
