I get around 31-32 average, mostly urban driving, but do a lot of country roads! Think my best has been 42 but that didn't last very long, I also kept it under 3000rpm lol
Cheers everyone for the replies, what is/are turinis? and i'm thinking of doing the badges same colour as the alloys then, but not exactly sure how dark grey would look. Tints will come later on then I believe, alloys first.
Basically looking to black out the Renault badge's, but not 100% definite yet. Will be tinting the windows very dark and will be spraying the alloys a dark grey colour. Opinions welcome!
Just a quick post to say hello boys, looking forward to doing some big things with this little 1.2, and will keep you all updated.
Will be looking to get membership soon as I get more into this clio!
Short intro - Started driving, 5 weeks in 8v Clio cambelt snaps, write car off, buy a new clio...
Sorry he didn't elaborate on the part that went wrong, just the drive shaft as a whole, and it ended up costing £101, this was a discounted price (mates rates). Although it may not be your drive shaft as there are many things which could have gone wrong. Your best bet is to go and get it checked...
Thats good stuff! My car needs some new plates as they are both cracked in the middle (wtf has the previous owner been doing?) yet there was so many different different customisations it was hard to tell if it was legal haha, i'll just stick to standards for now I think, especially since i'm a...
Basically, looking to get my windows tinted at the most competitive price but also best quality, I'm a newbie to cars and have never looked into it, if any of you veterans have advice that'd be great, thanks!
Can travel around the Lancashire area!
I'd be keen for this, just recently entered the driving world and had 2 clio's already (first one cambelt snapped after 5 weeks), luckily that was only an 8v. Liked the car and upgraded to a 16v and loving it! I'd love to come down, check out people's cars and also get some ideas!
Mk 2 Ph 2 need to take off the plastic grille in order to replace it onto my other clio, I've unclipped the top two clips but its still stuck on somewhere, feels like its attatched to the whole bumper(hope not), is there anyway to get it off without removing the whole front bumper? Thanks in...
Basically try to push the sun roof up and it goes up, but doesn't lock into place so it just falls back down as soon as I let go. Don't want to push too hard either as can't be assed with a broken sun roof! (Bought the car recently so don't know the history)
Any help would be great thanks!
My car had been recently doing this, I thought it could be the steering rack or the bearings. Took it into a garage today and the driveshaft has gone, fitting a new one tomorrow will update on price!
