haha unfortunately it is being weighed down, but was in the car when I got it. I'd of gone Focal or Alpine over Fli.
Seems to be from the speaker pods/covers area, mainly in the rear. Just wondered if it was a common thing or any quick fixes. Curious if dynamat sound deadening would make much...
So, I've gone for a 1 series coupe to a 182 trophy and can't have the volume over 20-22 as the rattles from the bass just boil my piss!
I'm not one of these guys who has the bass turned up to ten, but in the 1er I never got any rattle or vibrations from having music loud.
I've just discovered...
cheers for the reply. its really intermitent. didnt do it once yest. did it today after three mins driving. annoying AF.

So, last month I had a misfire. Changed the pre cat lamda as per the scan. now its got a misfire on cycinder three. I'm going to go for coil pack and all plugs. just after advice where I should buy. Obviously best quality, cheapest price.

Took the trophy out yesterday and she didn't miss a beat. No misfiring once. I did originally wonder and, and Steve.M may of correctly suggested, that it was all the torrential rain over Sunday and Monday that caused the problem and its now dried out and running sweet. Thanks for all the...
I just cleared the o2 sensor code. Its not come back since.
Doesn't seem to be any black smoke coming from the car which one of the mechs at work (and a bit of reading) said would be a symptom of failed injector?!
Ordered a new coil pack and four new spark plugs to see if this cures it...
it seemed fine until it got up to temp. i remember looking down thinking it was almost at temp, pulled out the junction and it started. it was on and off too. so would clear, then be ok a short while and then feel like the parachute had been deployed again. lol
So, I was happily heading off to see some lass when the trophy (182) lost a bit of power, felt very lumpy and sounded like a scooby. It was like someone deployed a parachute behind me. misfire? it never threw up any lights on the dash, but it did have one when first got it. turned out to be o2...
I couldn't see a code that had a letter then three numbers. Here's a pic of the label. If anyone can sort it be massively appreciated. Just picked the car up and it's got the code there :(
