anybody know approx how much to change anthracite wheels to black to match my black 182 also if anybody got images of what it looks like?
probably powder coat but not sure whats the best option or how much it will cost
based in sw london
i have a 182 2004 that has a rear bumper with no holes cut out for exhaust, current i have a 172 style exhaust but want to replace to the original style,
I am about to get a new exhaust ….. i reckon it will probably be the piper exhaust but not sure and will listen to suggestions, don't want to...
Will have a look at weekend as not sure if cupped (don't think so) will check the bolt spacing as suggested by people on forum, then most likely get standard dampener as i got loads of other costs to worry about first, like cam belt service and new exhaust so lots to do first,
thanks for all...
ok will do this when get a chance, if it is standard suspension not cup then how easy is it to change to cup ,since i am changing rear shocks anyway should i just change to cup suspension (if i don't already have it) and is it a jjob i can do myself or is it much harder than just changing dampener
great i will try this myself then as normally i am not that confident under the car but if its easy change then will give it go. Any online guides on how to change you know of?
i noticed my rear drivers side shock has a slight leak and also the back looks lower than the front plus when over a bump in road quite loud thud on the rear side,
So i think i will replace both sides asap, should i replace with standard shocks or is there a similar priced better option...
So i am sure when the interior dash lights are supposed to come on. (lights behind dials and clock) At the moment the dash lights only come on when the headlights are on and are very dim even with dimmer dial turned up.
So i can only see the clock when lights are on.......I think i remember...
That what I thought but ebay seems to be the only place I can find them, what's a good price? I was looking to get some anthracite 182 wheels but didn't want to pay over 200
Hi i want to buy some 182 alloys in athracite on ebay for 220 but are going to need some refurb, as its only scuff marks, is it possible to do some of this myself or will it look shite if i dont take it for a proper refurb
thanks for advice
well i have already got OZ crono ht wheels but because brakes and disc are rusty i think i would like to change, i was thinking about the original anthracite wheels but not sure now….guess i more worried about looking good than saving a few pounds in weight!
i know this has been covered 100times but i am interested in getting some new wheels for the cliosport,
i can't decide between the anthracite 182 classic alloys or turini alloys,
i have a black 182 and if anybody got wheels they are looking to shift PM me
thanks
well great for all response, appreciate it, not sure i agree with everything tho. Ive got loads to do on clio with limited time at weekends so got to prioritise what to do…...
Head unit already in place (but when turn off ignition theres no stations and memory is completely gone, maybe another...
Alpine 102 bt, not that "pappy" and sub makes up for small size of cones, I do however have so 16 cm speakers but can't see how you can fit them in the door panel without allot of fuss? I was thinking of selling my 16 cm and getting the alpine 13 cm as mentioned,
thoughts?
I've already got a sub i just need to wire into boot and a slightly old but not bad alpine head unit 102bt.
So i think i might ignore a amp as its just more wiring to worry about and HU is pretty powerful.
Will the door speaker get the whole frequencies from the HU or has it got crossover in...
i justwanted to check that these speakers will fit in my clio 182

i will just leave in the tweeters and replace the door speakers in front
Is it difficult to take caliper off or just paint straight on and just take wheel off? Also as wheel bots and hubs are rusty could I also paint hammeright them too?
Sounds like the right idea, then maybe try clean and refurb the wheels a bit until I spot some good value standard wheels
