I have 2 applicators just now. One has the solid blue foam part at the top so it doesn't go on your hands and the other is a proper chunky square one. Mammoth maybe? Both see to last well. I hate small ones, they seem to fall apart and cost more on your hands.

PA I always found looks over durability. You should have a base of ceramic of somekind and then just fire whatever on top. I do that will all cars. Helps prevent swirls even if the visual protection dies off. The coating is always safely behind.

Yeah. Good base. Won't last aslong as a clean base but I used to put c2v3 over everything and it lasted.
